ORDER AND CHAOS

16/11/11 ORDER AND CHAOS A.BARO

Up an down, laughing like a clown
Right and left, baby, what's a mess!
In and out, surviving on the ground
Water and sand, spinning round the band.

Yin and yang, clearing all the dark
Glad and pain, dancing in the rain
Old and young, growing between plants
Mountains and plains, buffaloes come back again.

On and off, music all involves
Life and death, nothing to declare
Short and long, baby loves the rock
Give and take, springtime's starting to shake

Little and big, life's not always pink
Bad and good, break a mirror or two
Be and seem, two ways of living
Push and pull, glass is empty or full

Sell and buy a question of the mind
Black and white, everything is fine
Heavy and light, hidden is the crime
Front and back, ruins are the cash

Stop and run, it's like up and down
Soft and hard, you didn't break the glass
Low and high, I go at the speed of sound
Order and chaos, last lesson in the class.

ORDEN Y CAOS

(THAT'S) I BELIEVE (IT)

06/10/11 (THAT'S) I BELIEVE (IT) A.BARO

Everybody’s carrying out

An effort while politicians’ talking about

How we should meet and take our lives

But they only know to bark and bark

I don’t believe them

Priests say us we must be

They say they have the only key of eternity

But I’m not scared to die

I’ll have lived when say my goodbye

I believe it

You’re too silly if you follow their advice

No one of them wants you to be glad

That’s I believe it

I live on my own little shiny world

Where everything they say are only words

I look at one side and then the other side

I see only people that want to live, no more

I believe them

So if these thieves of dreams they tighten shoes

It’s better they’re thinking about to do

We are not going to leave us crush

They must go looking for another paradise

I believe it

You’re too silly if you follow their advice

No one of them wants you to be glad

That’s I believe it

Music

You’re too silly if you follow their advice

No one of them wants you to be glad

That’s I believe it

nosotros no vamos a deajanos aplastar

ellos deben buscar otro paraíso

creo eso

Eres demasiado tonto si sigues su consejo

ninguno quiere que seas feliz

eso es lo que creo.

Musica

Eres demasiado tonto si sigues su consejo

ninguno quiere que seas feliz

eso es lo que creo.

WELL, DID I NOTICE?

04/10/11 WELL, DID I NOTICE? A.BARO

I skip fast from the bed
I let the sheet on the floor
dawn was breaking on red
beside me it was only cold
well, did I notice?

I walked through the room
the windows were still closed
my mind was confused
and my stomach was a rock
well, did I notice?

Is it for this you come?
To make me lose control?
Is this the situation?
A low blow without a reason?
well, I notice

I slammed the door shut
I didn't want to look anymore
I'll sleep like a log
I will not listen the knocks
well, did I notice?

You are out and I'm inside
Outside cold, Inside warm?
Better you look for a blanket
I won't let you pass
well, did I notice?

Music

You are out and I'm inside
Outside cold, Inside warm?
Better you look for a blanket
I won't let you pass
well, did I notice?

BIEN...¿LO NOTÉ?

Salté rápido de la cama
dejé las sábanas en el suelo
el amanecer surgía rojizo
y a mi lado solo frío..
Bien...¿Lo noté?

Crucé la habitación
las ventanas estaban cerradas
mi mente confusa
y mi estómago era una piedra...
Bien...¿Lo noté?.

¿Es esto para lo que vienes?
¿Para hacerme perder el control?
¿Esta es la situación?
¿Golpe bajo sin razón?
Bien...Lo noté.

Pegué un portazo
No quería mirar más
Dormiré como un tronco
No escucharé los golpes
Bien...¿Lo noté?

Tu estás fuera y yo dentro
¿Frío fuera y calidez dentro?
Mejor que te busques una manta
No te dejaré entrar
Bien...¿Lo noté?

Musica

Tu estás fuera y yo dentro
¿Frío fuera y calidez dentro?
Mejor que te busques una manta
No te dejaré entrar
Bien...¿Lo noté?

YES, I WILL

04/10/11 YES, I WILL A.BARO

Every smile you missed
all the sounds you heard, my love
I'll keep them in the box of my dreams
Every step you gave, dear
every little thing you've done
I'll take them care

'cos our love, we can't delay it
and the tears could be
a curtain and we can lose behind it
I'll make the sun rise, yes, I will.

Every single light star
all the fairy tales
they will be so tiny in front of our love
every magic potion
every sigh in the air
I'll take them care

'cos our love, we can't delay it
and the tears could be
a curtain and we can lose behind it
I'll make the sun rise, yes, I will.

Music

'cos our love we can't delay it
and the tears could be
a curtain and we can lose behind it
I'll make the sun rises, yes, I will.

Every wish will be a love song

ON THE DEEPEST OF MY HEART

04/10/11 ON THE DEEPEST OF MY HEART A.BARO

Say you will be in my breathless day
so you'll give me a kiss to breathe
In the middle of my most foolish thoughts
you'll be on the deepest of my heart.

You are the sunshine in a cold, frozen time
you keep my heart alive and warm
you catch every thing that makes me hurt
and bury it on the deepest of my heart.

Say each feeling will be in its place
so our love will be a calm sea
touching your skin and keeping away every pain

You are the moonlight in a fantastic night
that night we forged our love
I want to show you the world in my eyes
I want to keep you on the deepest of my heart.

Music

You are the moonlight in a fantastic night
that night we forged our love
I want to show you the world in my eyes
I want to keep you on the deepest of my heart

DENIED

05/10/11 DENIED A.BARO

Sometimes I sit between shadows

some people come and go and I see them

people that feel, cry and laugh

people that doesn't see how to go ahead

And while I'm looking that strange parade

I try to discover inside the eyes

what kind of trouble, always not the same

makes some people feel like being denied

Everybody has their place

only they need to find it,man

Sometimes I felt myself like a grey shadow

teeming between shadows everywhere

but a light shines on me and like a rainbow

we together were a bridge and went ahead.

THIRTEEN PENCE AND A CHORD

3/03/11 THIRTEEN PENCE AND A CHORD A.BARO

Thirteen pence and a chord

It’s all I could give you babe

Thirteen pence and a chord

And in my pocket, only a hole

Thirteen pence and a chord

And a lot of love

Thirteen pence and a chord

And a heart to keep you warm.

Thousand laughs and a smile

It’s all I want to feel

Thousand laughs and a smile

It’s as if spring came to me

Thousand laughs and a smile

Everyone should live like this

Thousand laughs and a smile

It’s like a tender kiss.

If I can you can too babe

Not everything is kept safe

Sometimes you lose time looking you left behind

You know you should take this train

Forward is the only way to learn

And see how you grow as you climb.

A reflection and blue eyes

It’s all you need to move

A reflection and blue eyes

To make a sincere effort to do

A reflection and blue eyes

(Are) like a hurricane (to) remove your upset

A reflection and blue eyes

Knowing that you will surely get.

If you want everyone will want

We help each other to advance

It will not be as filling sand sea

You know we can achieve

With a little or a lot on friendship

You know that we’re soul mates indeed.

Thirteen pence and a chord

It’s all I could give you babe

Thirteen pence and a chord

And in my pocket, only a hole

Thirteen pence and a chord

And a lot of love

Thirteen pence and a chord

And a heart to keep you warm.

28/05/11 I SUPPOSE I MUST BE A LONDONER A.BARO

Although I was not born on the banks of the Thames
Nor played in a suburb on the outskirts
But rather in the light coast of southern Spain
I can feel your soft wet mist in my mind and my head

Although I was not a child running through Hyde park
Neither grew up watching absorbed the walls of the Tower
I did rather whispering tunes next to pier between barks
I can feel the song of the clock between hours

I suppose I must be, it may be and so I feel
An archaic breath floating over the city
I suppose I should be and so may be I feel
A Londoner, because this is my spirit

Maybe someone does not believe in that mystical energy
That travels through the bodies and souls, time and space
But I know I am, I was, I will be
Among the lights and shadows of this wonderful place

Chorus

I suppose I must be a Londoner

16/05/11 ANCIENT LIFE IS RISING A.BARO

From Ancient Mesopotamia

Where the culture emerged between two rivers

To the modern world arrives neurasthenia

And about knowledge, there are only slivers.

From that land arising Babylonians and Sumerians

Assyrians of bravery recognized

From its fertile valleys, of the agrarians

The most marvellous paradise.

Sennacherib and his “Palace without rival”

Asurnasirpal of Assyria, king who built Nimrud

Ziggurats and astronomers of Babylon

And the Royal Tombs of Ur.

The ancient life is rising through the ages

The ancient life is rising through the new age.

Empire of Egypt with all its dynasties

Ozymandias, also known as Ramses

Extracted from the sands, king of kings

The blood of gods running through your veins.

Your footprint, from the Old Kingdom

Until the Ptolemaic opens the earth in two

By the Nile, generous with his children

Remains of the pyramids of Giza and breakthrough.

The Rosetta Stone teach us all your secrets

Granite sarcophagus and Egyptian mummies

Nebamon hunting in the marshes

Magic and rituals not for dummies

The ancient life is rising through the ages

The ancient life is rising through the new age

19/05/11 SOUVENIRS A.BARO

What would you take a souvenir of the city

If you can’t the air from the Thames?

Would you take the sunset, so pretty

Or the blades of grass in parks, then?

What would you take if you have no money

To buy all the wonderful feelings you get?

What would you take a souvenir of the city?

I’ll take everything that I felt.

Souvenirs, souvenirs, a piece of paper

That flew in the old station of my memories

Souvenirs, oh, souvenirs, a slice of an ancient

Figure of a worn ivory bridge.

Any object will awaken your longing season

It can be an old train ticket or a postcard

Those little things that get caught in treason

That arise in your mind from the backyard

Sweet or melancholic songs in you head

What will you feel if you are out of guard?

Any object will awaken your longing season

And you’ll come back in the time.

Souvenirs, souvenirs, a piece of paper

That flew in the old station of my memories

Souvenirs, oh, souvenirs, a slice of an ancient

Figure of a worn ivory bridge.

RECUERDOS (Souvenires)

13/05/11 I KNOW THAT PETER PAN LIVES IN KENSINGTON GARDENS A.BARO

I know that Peter Pan lives in Kensington Gardens

A robin whispered the other day in my ears

No, not the statue that is next to Long Water

It’s just that I’m sure it’s so, yes indeed.

A rabbit told a squirrel, which was passing by there

While nibbling dandelions, saw something very strange

A flying shadow was coming out from his lair.

The oak spread its branches trying to hide from the sight

The owl hooted while “that” crossed the sky through the night

Jasmine brought forth its fragrance to complete the whole rite.

I know that Peter Pan lives in Kensington Gardens

I’ve seen tiny footprints on the grass near the lake

There were not any sort of marks, they were like a warning

I know ‘cos I noticed fairy dust on the air.

If you look very attentively you could see in the Serpentine

The figure of a crocodile searching for another hand

And a couple of Indians watching over from their land

Some little mermaids singing and having fun near the bank

And several fierce pirates on a boat, not good guys

While Captain James Hook pulls his sword to attack.

Music

And elm has told the yew and this to the hedgehog

Wendy Darling returns to be the mother of the Lost Boys

Then it resumes the magic flute and its beautiful song.

He tells me if you can see with the eyes of the heart

It will be as if you come back to be a child

Then you will see at last Tinkerbell and Peter Pan.

I know that Peter Pan lives in Kensington Gardens

That spring beyond time, James Barrie told in my ears

George Frampton placed a dream on the grass and that morning

All the boys, who we are, we come back to believe.

I was in Kensington and I know that Peter Pan lives.

No, no la estatua cercana a Long Water

15/05/11 THE WALTZ OF THE DINOSAURS A.BARO

Sliding us the mechanic staircase

Through the ages of the Earth and around

Volcanic elements from the beginning to the end

Gods of the antiquity, they observe us to come.

Earthquake and destruction every where

We follow the natural way of life

It begins to sprout the primordial soup

The shaking comes from below and we are out of time.

With rhythmic movements, the dance begins

The big dinosaur gets off its pedestal

Old Man in the corner, he has seen everything

Look the Waltz of the Dinosaurs.

Tyrannosaurus tries to catch Gallimimus

Camarasaurus still doesn’t know where he is

Pachycephalosurus wants to continue being a dreamer

Hypsilophodon smiles with its protruding teeth.

Music

With rhythmic movements, the dance begins

The big dinosaur gets off its pedestal

Old Man in the corner, he has seen everything

Look the Waltz of the Dinosaurs.

The ancient sequoia still wonders why

As the timeline gets fuzzy as fog

Archaeopterix seduces with its flight

And Charles Darwin knows that will not be anymore.

Baryonyx doesn’t find its fishes, no one

Iguanodon takes a few steps arching its claw

Triceratops kicks the ground as if were a bison

And Diplodocus takes over the Central Hall.

With rhythmic movements, the dance begins

The big dinosaur gets off its pedestal

Old Man in the corner, he has seen everything

Look the Waltz of the Dinosaurs.

08/05/11 TOWER BRIDGE A.BARO

There’s a bridge that joins your heart to mine
And it’s so from when I was a child
It’s more than a bridge; it’s like a magical line
It’s a symbol that never gets out of my eyes.

There was a dream painted in the sky of my soul
And the spirit that pushes it always had its form
Those twin towers over Thames are the “luck”
Like Paul said in his song.

Tower Bridge, you’re my love song
You’ve been awaited for long, you are my fresh breeze
Tower Bridge, you took my heart to the top
In a continuous musical float,
You are my Tower, you are my bridge.

On the cover of a disc, with clear skies or gray
Your magic called me, like Merlin calls Stonehenge
The music is sounding like it was laid
And I climb up to my dreams till the end.

Music

Tower Bridge, you’re my love song
You’ve been awaited for long, you are my fresh breeze
Tower Bridge, you took my heart to the top
In a continuous musical float,
You are my Tower, you are my bridge.

09/05/11 LIVING THE RHYTHM IN CAMDEN TOWN A.BARO

I left the subway station in Camden Town
A sunny day through my face
I know it’s not a resting place
I heard behind, the sound
Of an old saxophone
And start to feel the rhythm of Camden.

I walk down the street and people go (come and go)
A guy with a punk hairdo
He wants me to get a tattoo
And I say “Next time, my friend
My skin is only lent”
And start to feel the life of Camden.

I see multi-coloured belts
And Star Wars funny shirts
Hundreds of music albums, just two pounds
Bobbies and beefeaters thumbnails
Old books call me to purchase
That’s and more and more in Camden Town

I stop and drink a cold beer, very cold
Vegetable stands, they hope
To have everything sold
By the end of the day
I look sideways without shame
I like to look the vendors of Camden

Music

After touring charming shops
Of fantastic Camden Lock
I’m going to Camden Village for rest
I doubt between foreign dishes
To meet my best wishes
Looking the Regent’s Canal in Camden Town

I left the subway station in Camden Town
A sunny day through my face
I know it’s not a resting place
I heard behind, the sound
Of an old saxophone
And start to feel the rhythm of Camden.
Start to feel the rhythm of Camden
I like living the rhythm of Camden Town.

A day in the city (Un dia en la ciudad) y London Dungeons (Mazmorras de Londres)

04/05/11 A DAY IN THE CITY A.BARO

The lights of the City tell me I'm here
Isn't it a pity that I haven't got a beer?
People walk around me but they doesn’t see
That a day in the City it's enough for me.

I am walking slowly from dear Fleet Street
I read the old "News", what a symphony!
I hear the bells' ringing, my old church, St Paul
A day in the City for me it’s enough

A day in the City from St Paul to Townhill
A day in the City, It’s enough for me.

I like this "Square Mile", the templars left their imprint
Bank of England, thick walls, where the penny is the King
Stop in Leadenhall Market, Londinium's real heart
Or in Williamson's Tavern, best beer you'll have
There, William the Third eating on demand
It's forging another legend great Christopher Wren

Music

A day in the City from St Paul to Townhill
A day in the City, It’s enough for me.

Allí, William III comiendo a demanda

06/05/11 LONDON DUNGEONS A.BARO

From the dungeons of old London
A dark laughter, cruel and deep
You feel like your back goes cold
And start shaking your knees
(London Dungeons…yeah)

You’re lost in the gloomy labyrinth
Where the skeletons are laughing at you
Looking for a way out with fear
Before they threw their hands on you.
(London Dungeons…yeah)

The ground you walk is a continuous trap
It wants you to catch and wrap
The walls invite you to run away
Don’t stop, don’t look back.

The rats come from all over
And threatening to the bubonic plague
Soon will burn all of London
And you can’t hide in any place
(London Dungeons…yeah)

The ground you walk is a continuous trap
It wants you to catch and wrap
The walls invite you to run away
Don’t stop, don’t look back.

The Traitor’s gate will open for you
And will be the guilty verdict
The Killer Queen ordered to fire you
To clean your unforgivable sins

Perhaps, the Mad Barber shows you his sharp steel
You should be careful with your throat
But worst will be in Whitechapel High Street
When Jack the Ripper jump at you.
(London Dungeons…yeah)

MAZMORRAS DE LONDRES

Desde las mazmorras del viejo Londres
una risa oscura, cruel y profunda
sientes el frío en tu espalda
y comienzan a chocar tus rodillas.

quiere atraparte y envolverte
los muros te invitan a huir
no te detengas, no mires atrás.

Las ratas llegan desde todas partes
amenazando con la plaga bubónica
pronto arderá Londres
y no puedes huir a ningún lugar

quiere atraparte y envolverte
los muros te invitan a huir
no te detengas, no mires atrás.

01/05/11 THE CROWS OF THE TOWER A.BARO

On the flight of the crows
History recalls, the men and the spirit of the Tower
It’s the right of the Crown
Survival is on the wings and the heart of the crows of the Tower

There was a time when blood dyed the grass on the ground
When the Queen left her dreams, then, she flew
On the green and embraced to the time and the space
All the kings, now, they’re seeing our wings cover them

On the flight of the crows
History recalls, the men and the spirit of the Tower
It’s the right of the Crown
Survival is on the wings and the heart of the crows of the Tower

From Roman Times on that land where the shadows advanced
A Norman King built it to submit their inhabitants
From Byward to Beauchamp, all the towers began
To be guard of the kingdom of man on this land.

On the flight of the crows
History recalls, the men and the spirit of the Tower
It’s the right of the Crown
Survival is on the wings and the heart of the crows of the Tower

Music

I will lift my black wings and I’ll fly close to mine
If we fall, the Tower and the Crown will fall at a time
History says so and It may be so, but we know it won't
We believe that the spirit is who keeps the memory of all.

On the flight of the crows
History recalls, the men and the spirit of the Tower
It’s the right of the Crown
Survival is on the wings and the heart of the crows of the Tower

On the flight of the crows
History recalls, the men and the spirit of the Tower
It’s the right of the Crown
Survival is on the wings and the heart of the crows of the Tower

3/04/11 BEDLAM IN CHINATOWN A.BARO

If you want to believe it or not
we come running to Chinatown
we're searching for some questions
we've arrived between smells and suggestion

Red is the colour of Chinatown
voices and bedlam in Chinatown
we want to eat , we smell all around
running and bedlam in Chinatown

Slanted eyes and smiling faces
everybody's taking photos any places
lazy afternoon , if this is your wish
I prefer running for Gerrard Street

Red is the colour of Chinatown
voice and bedlam in Chinatown
we want to eat , we smell all around
running and bedlam in Chinatown

I like dragons like those are behind me
Magical Door is opened for free
chinese lions look at me fiercely
but I know they're winking at me

Red is the colour of Chinatown
voice and bedlam in Chinatown
we want to eat , we smell all around
running and bedlam in Chinatown

CAOS EN CHINATOWN

Si quieres creerlo o no
vamos corriendo a Chinatown
buscamos algunas cuestiones
llegamos entre olores y sugestiones

Rojo es el color de Chinatown
voces y caos en Chinatown
queremos comer, olemos todo alrededor
carreras y caos en Chinatown

Ojos rasgados y rostros sonrisas

leones chinos me miran fieramente
pero sé que me están guiñando

Rojo es el color de Chinatown
voces y caos en Chinatown
queremos comer, olemos todo alrededor
carreras y caos en Chinatown

26/04/11 I SAW THEM THROUGH A TAXI CAB WINDOW A.BARO

I saw them through a taxi cab window
One looks at the cigarette burning between her fingers
The other tries to get her out of her mistake, perhaps

I saw them through a taxi cab window
Maybe a tear rolls down her white face
Maybe the silence is better cure than words
And I am a strange witness
Saw them through the glass of the taxi cab.

It has been a hard work’s day
But we have time to take a breath
You wish the time stops and then
You can smile for the rest.

I saw them through a taxi cab window
And in a minute, time’s moving us
Different directions, opposite stations
I hope they will win the game
And we can smile each other through a taxi cab window

Music

direcciones diferentes, estaciones opuestas

16/04/11 ARRIVING TO LONDON TOWN A.BARO

I don't believe it, I can't believe it
now I'm landing to U.K.
So people can think...and what's my friend?
Thirty three years are looking for me, babe

I can't explain it, I don't know to express it
thousand thinkings and ideas are
running through my poor head
Thirty three years are looking at me, man

I'm smiling, no, I'm laughing
and I can't stop to dance
I'm arriving to the Roman and
the middle of Saxon Heart
Now I'm arriving to London Town.

I can see it but I can't believe it
my eyes are opened , my mind is closed
it's finishing a part of my life
thirty three years are looking at me, oh my

LLEGANDO A LA CIUDAD DE LONDRES

No me lo creo, no puedo creerlo
Estoy aterrizando en el Reino Unido
La gente puede pensar...¿Y qué?
33 años me observan, nena

No puedo explicarlo, no sé como expresarlo
Mil pensamientos e ideas
atraviesan corriendo mi pobre cabeza
33 años me observan,hombre.

Estoy sonriendo, no...estoy riendo

Dios mio, 33 años me observan

Música

Estoy sonriendo, no...estoy riendo

6/04/11 (Fasten Seat Belt) MY LIFE VEST IS YOU A.BARO

Fasten seat belt, under your seat, it's your life vest
I hope you're happy, welcome aboard
there are four exit A-doors
and in the middle the exit B – Overwings
emergency landing's painted in front of me.

But I'm not afraid, I'm not scared
and two seats on the right
she's talking about “Time's Out”
he tries to speak and understand
and in first place a babe doesn't stop to cry

I look from the windows
and I can see “English Prairies and Forest”
seat belt stops me, my life vest is you
we together in the same way

And in the cloudy sky opened seat belt
I look at you, you're my sweet parachute
my heart is glad
there's no way out and I don't want it
I want to jump and I know I'll get it

Music

I look from the windows
and I can see “English Prairies and Forest”
seat belt stops me, my life vest is you
we together in the same way

Espero sean felices, bienvenidos a bordo

ella habla de “Time's Out”(Revista de Turismo)

SONGS OF LONDON XI

08/05/11 TOWER BRIDGE A.BARO

There’s a bridge that joins your heart to mine
And it’s so since I was a child
